At softott, customer safety and satisfaction remain our top priorities. To ensure a safe and secure online presence, we have introduced an online security feature that requires all customers using credit cards or Paypal  to upload certain documents. These documents include:

Photo Identification (ID):

  • A clear image of the entire front side of any government-issued ID.

  • If the address is not visible on the front, please provide a photocopy of the back as well.

Credit Card Information:

  • A clear image of the credit card used for the purchase.

  • The cardholder's name must be visible on the image.

  • For security purposes, please only reveal the last 4 digits of the credit card number while concealing the rest.

Please note that failure to provide the requested images may result in a delay in processing your order until we receive the necessary details. These measures are in place to protect softott, our customers, and potential fraud victims from any malicious activities or fraudulent attempts.
